“Tasked with navigating a way through a year-long stalled innovation initiative - made complex by a blend of merged and acquired teams - Greg Satell taught me to find the shared intentions within the organization and progress from there.”“We quickly established a small movement of individuals from across the Org who were able to articulate a shared purpose - and brought with them just enough pockets of executive support - to bust through the gridlock and validate the strategic business case. It took just 3 weeks.”
